💡 US-based 80 Acres Farms raised $115 million, bringing its total funding to over $370 million, and acquired Israeli biotech firm Plantae Biosciences to enhance plant genetics for indoor agriculture through advanced breeding technologies.

🧃 Better-for-you soda producer Olipop secured $50 million in a Series C funding round led by J.P. Morgan Private Capital, increasing its valuation to $1.85 billion, as it focuses on expanding product development, marketing, retail presence, and new flavours for its prebiotic soda lineup.

🇩🇪 Berlin-based FoodTech startup LANCH raised €26 million in a Series A round led by Felix Capital and HV Capital. It will use the funds to expand its Growth OS platform, which helps creators and celebrities launch and scale food brands across retail, delivery, and physical locations.

🧁 Sweet protein producer Oobli secured $18 million Series B1 funding and is working with Ingredion on a sugar reduction solution, which they will showcase at Future Food-Tech San Francisco in March.

🦗 Israel-based bioinsecticide company IBI Ag raised $6.1 million in the first tranche of its Series A round, led by Corteva, to advance its cost-effective, ultra-small antibody technology for sustainable crop protection.
🌫️ Agteria Biotech raised €6 million to accelerate the development and commercialisation of its methane-reducing molecule, with the aim of cutting 1% of global greenhouse gas emissions by tackling methane from cattle.

🐮 Dutch livestock management startup Collie closed its seed funding round with €3.5 million to expand its digital system, which uses smart collars and an app to create virtual fences, optimise grazing, and improve farm efficiency.


🫖 Swiss startup BRU raised 2 million CHF to support its growth plans. Its smart self-cleaning tea brewing machine, the BRU Maker One, has so far sold over 10,000 units and generated €2 million in revenue.
☕️ Rarebird Inc., which makes jitterless coffee, secured $1 million from 43North’s accelerator program to scale e-commerce, B2B sales, and R&D, using its patented Px caffeine replacement to provide sustained energy without jitters or sleep disruption.
🌾 Carbon finance startup Proba raised €1 million to scale its insetting platform, which helps agri-food companies reduce emissions within their supply chains—particularly in fertiliser production—by generating verified, tradeable decarbonisation certificates.
🧑🌾 UK startup CroBio secured €805,000 from Defra’s Farming Innovation Programme to advance its microbial soil health technology, which enhances water and nutrient retention using bacterial cellulose.

🐕 London-based vegan pet food startup Omni secured a £75,000 investment from Dragons' Den investors Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett in exchange for a 2.5% equity stake, valuing the company at £3 million.

🧫 Australian cultivated meat company Magic Valley received a $100,000 government grant to scale production, optimise bioprocessing, and reduce its costs.
